You Must Be 18 or Older

Tebaje is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Creating an account as a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted one tebaje account. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. If you've forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

Withdrawals Require Verification

Before your first withdrawal, tebaje requires identity verification. This is a standard process that protects your account and ensures funds go to the right person. Verification is straightforward and typically completed within 24 hours.

Bonus Terms Are Clearly Stated

Every tebaje bonus comes with clearly stated wagering requirements and expiry dates. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds are subject to these requirements before withdrawal. We don't hide the terms — they're shown at the point of claiming any offer.

Fair Play Is Mandatory

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Tebaje uses monitoring systems to detect and act on unfair play.

Tebaje reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tebaje in any way — whether by visiting the website, downloading the app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with tebaje and accepting these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tebaje regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal. No employee or representative of tebaje has the authority to modify these Terms verbally or through informal communication.

Eligibility

To register and use tebaje, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

Tebaje takes age verification seriously. If there is any reason to believe a player is under 18, tebaje will suspend the account and request proof of age before allowing any further activity. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Section 03
Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one tebaje account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tebaje will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact tebaje support immediately.

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Do not allow others to place bets using your account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.
  • Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

If you've forgotten your password or are locked out of your account, use the account recovery option on the login page. Do not create a new account.

Section 04
Deposits and Payments

Tebaje accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. All deposits are credited to your tebaje account in BDT with no conversion fees applied by tebaje.

Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact tebaje support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200
  • Maximum single deposit: subject to your account tier and payment method limits
  • Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name
  • Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned

Tebaje does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. Any deposit suspected of being linked to money laundering or fraud will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Tip: Always use the payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other people will be returned and may trigger an account review.

Section 05
Withdrawals

Tebaje processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bangladeshi bank accounts. Withdrawals are paid in BDT to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless tebaje has reason to request further verification.

  • Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
  • Standard processing time: within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad
  • Bank transfer withdrawals: 1–3 business days
  • No withdrawal fees on standard transactions
  • Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in your own name

Tebaje reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal if there is reason to believe the account has been compromised or if the withdrawal pattern is unusual. This is done to protect players, not to delay payments.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after meeting the applicable wagering requirements, can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Section 06
Bonuses and Promotions

Tebaje offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed clearly at the point of claiming any offer.

General bonus rules that apply to all tebaje promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Bonus funds expire if not used within the stated timeframe.
  • Tebaje reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
  • Tebaje's decision on bonus eligibility and disputes is final.

Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, is a serious violation of these Terms. All accounts involved will be closed and balances forfeited.

Section 07
Betting Rules

All bets placed on tebaje are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. These rules are available within each game or betting market on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

  • Bets are final once confirmed. Tebaje does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error.
  • In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, tebaje reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly.
  • Tebaje reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error.
  • Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface.
  • Tebaje may limit the maximum bet amount for individual players at its discretion.

For live betting markets, odds and availability can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet are the odds that will apply, provided the bet is accepted before the market closes or the odds change.

Fair Play Policy

Tebaje is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
  • Any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with tebaje's software or systems.

Tebaje uses monitoring systems to detect unusual betting patterns and potential fair play violations. If your account is flagged for investigation, tebaje may temporarily suspend your account and request additional information. Cooperation with any investigation is required under these Terms.

Tebaje's fair play decisions are final. Accounts found to have violated the fair play policy will be permanently closed with no right of appeal.

Responsible Gaming

Tebaje takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, tebaje encourages you to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
  • Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given period.
  • Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play.
  • Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from tebaje.
  • Reality checks: Regular on-screen reminders of how long you've been playing.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Once self-excluded, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Tebaje will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the active exclusion period.

Section 10
Privacy and Data

Tebaje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using tebaje, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Tebaje will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required by law, for payment processing, or for identity verification purposes with authorised service providers who are contractually bound to protect your information.

  • You have the right to request a copy of the data tebaje holds about you.
  • You have the right to request correction of inaccurate data.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability

Tebaje provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While tebaje makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, tebaje does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tebaje's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Tebaje is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or winnings due to platform downtime or technical errors.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain account security.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

In the event of a genuine technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, tebaje will investigate and, where appropriate, correct the error. Contact support with full details of the incident.

Section 12
Account Termination

You may close your tebaje account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your identity has been verified.

Tebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

  • Has violated any part of these Terms.
  • Has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Belongs to a player who is found to be under 18.
  • Has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
  • Has been used to abuse bonuses or promotions.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, tebaje reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player after standard verification.

Section 13
Changes to Terms

Tebaje may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tebaje will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where possible.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of tebaje after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using tebaje and may request account closure.
